Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning,

I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade the RAM of my laptop from 16 to 32 gb chaging the chips.

My laptop details are:

-  Product name: Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx

- Product serial number: [edited]

- product number: 2PL61EA#ABZ

Moreover, how do i get info on the type of memory installed (ddr4, ddr3?, frequency?)

Regards,

Massimo

Hi, Massimo:

Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05824425

According to the specs it comes with 16 GB LPDDR3-2133 SDRAM (onboard) memory.

Onboard memory means the memory is soldered to the motherboard, and cannot be upgraded.
