@Ganal

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) installed on the PC.
And your computer support up to 8 GB of system RAM Refer http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04691689 to 2 Chapter 1 Product description.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for posting back.

To get the answer to this question, your computer supports max 8 GB only.

HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I'm a little bit confused now so are you saying that I can only put 2x4 maximum on my laptop or I can put 2x8 maximum because when I checked on my HP operating systems diagnostics it says that the maximum capacity of my laptop is up to 16 GB
