This PC came with 8GB of RAM, can it be upgraded and if so to what? 16 or 32?  Thanks!

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

According to the manual, 2 x 8 GB of memory is supported.

 

The Crucial memory report indicates that 2 x 16 GB of memory is supported, and they are usually correct.

For my machine, it would only go to 16GB - I installed two 16GB  sticks - but once I rebooted it would only recognize 16. But 16 is better than 8!!!
