Hey I want to upgrade My Ram. my laptop already have 2 slots,  4GB DDR4 2666MHZ and 4GB 2400MHZ . And I want to upgrade to 2x 4GB Ram DDR4 3200MHz. Im in doubt as I dont know if my motherboard support 3200MHz. Please someone help. And is there any difference between these speed ? i m using HP 15s-du0020tx

Hi:

 

There would be no point in doing that since your notebook's i3-7020U processor can only run the memory at a maximum speed of 2133 MHz.

 

You can install more memory if you want--up to 2 x 8 GB and you can use DDR4-3200 MHz CL22 memory if you want, but it is only going to run at 2133 MHz.
