Does hp 15s eq1167au have 2 ram slots? If the answer is no, Can I upgrade ram by replacing onboard one?

Hi,
Yes, it has two slots and max 32GB of DDR4 2666MHz RAM (2x16GB)
You can insert faster RAM which will run at 2666MHz. At the moment you have one 8GB module

On page 29 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM
