Ram upgrade and problems releted to it

Hay can someone can help me as i made a recent upgrade of my laptop ram from 4gb to 8gb(4gb +4gb). Now my trackpad is not responding after the upgrade and keyboard is also not working. Bot external accessories are working fine also in task manager its showing 7.9gb of working memory.

Please help me in this contex.

Hi,

When you placed the top cover back on the notebook (you dismantled the PC to get to the RAM slots) did you remember to reconnect the ZIF connectors for the touchpad and the keyboard? Are the ZIF connector cables inserted correctly?

K=Keyboard T= Touchpad

On page 45 of service manual you can see how to remove keyboard to take a look.

Yes , I have assembled the laptop by taking care of each and every cable and put it in right place.

And after the very 1st boot of my laptop my keyboard was working fine but when after a few hours later when i turned off and then on the laptop none of trackpad or keyboard were working fine.

Keyboard registered some abnormal strokes.

After that I agian dissembled the keyboard and track pad and again reconnected it. But no luck.
