Is it possible to ram upgrade HP Pavilion x360 13-u180no, part number 1an43ea.

4 Gb is installed.

Hi,

 

Your system supports max 16GB of  DDR4-2133 RAM (2x8GB)

 

As you can see on page 58 of service manual, to upgrade the RAM you need to disassemble the PC, removing the system board.
