I'm having the same issues, after about 3.5 months of owning this laptop. I feel a design flaw lawsuit in order if they keep refusing to address this problem. Simply sending it in for them to "glue it back together" does not fix the fact that they are failing after 3-4 months of normal use. The design team is at fault here for not properly testing the durability of normal usage on this product before marketing it.
