HP Recommended

I am using the one from the windows store after getting the omen reactor mouse and mind frame headset. The 159 dollar one. I just now figured out to install it command center on c drive to keep all my laptop based features. on d drive it forgets the laptop stuff and just has mouse and headset. anyways the only problem i have now is that the omen button on the laptop no longer opens the command center. I have tried everything. reinstalls all that jazz. driver re updates. nothing works.
