Hello,
I’ve bought HP Envy x360 15-ey0023 recently, and noticed that the stickers are removed. There are distinctly noticeable stains though… it seems like they have been peeled off. I wonder if the notebook is refurbished? The serial number is CND2180MVH.
Thank you

Welcome to our HP community forum!
The laptop's warranty has expired, and all I can tell you is that likely this laptop has had a previous owner, in my opinion:
Kind Regards,

Hi, @Margaret941
If you enter your notebook's serial number in the search window at the link below, it will provide the status.
If the product number of your notebook is 66B43UA, then it was not refurbished by HP.
If the product number of your notebook is 66B43UAR, then it was refurbished by HP.
'R' = Refurbished by HP.
You will find that when you enter the serial number you will see that it could be one or the other, so check the product number on your PC's case, BIOS or the System SKU line when you run the Windows system information app.
