Yes,i am very frustrated with my new replaced laptop,because i recently replaced my laptop that has some major battery drain issue,so i call hp and complain then they replace it and now i face the same issue in my same new replace laptop.so call me and resolved issue because otherwise i take appropriate action.Thankyou
