Only major difference I see is one has FHD SVA anti-glare WLED screen and other has HD SVA BrightView WLED. One also has Super-multi dvd burner-which should handle most formats-single layer,dual layer,dvd-ram,etc. The other may only burn single layer but not 100% on that.

Yes, be011tu does seem a bit superior.Depends really if you prefer the anti-glare screen over the brightview. Anti-glare screens are nicer in many instances but not as vibrant in colors usually as brightview. As far as downfall-I would say they are equal.
