Send my ENVY for repair under warranty(Won't power up) but returned a damage laptop( screen broken, one corner on body heavily damage like dropping from a height)
Contacted HP support and was asked to return Laptop for a check/repair.......a week later laptop returned in same condition untouch.
Wonder anyone experience bad attitude unprofessional handling with HP repair.....I'm from Dublin, IE
