Hello
I have searched the HP parts store for a replacement battery for my computer. 
But get the message that my product does not exist.

Can you help me find the replacement part.

I was able to track down a partial listing of the information at Part Surfer (though no battery).

I did find this website that appears to indicate the battery you need is available:

I don't read the language but the information appears to be what you are seeking.

The part number confirmation and the battery replacement procedure is available in your computer's Maintenance and Service Guide.

At the moment, I cannot open your HP website support documents (some kind of glitch, possibly just in my location - USA).

• Open Support Home >> Enter the full model name
• When the website opens, select category Manuals
• Look for and open the Maintenance and Service guide for your computer (document name varies)
• Search for “Battery” to find parts and replacement  >> Read the chapter on Replacement Procedures

NOTES  

1. The exact name of the service document varies, though usually the word "service" or "maintenance" is included in the name. 
2. The "Service Guide" and "User Guide" are not the same documents.

• Part numbers and replacement procedure are listed in the component replacement section (wording varies)
