Please arrange a pikup for my harddisk asap as it got demaged which was replaced by you (HP) in earlier time at the time of warranty but need to be replaced with hgst they say tell HP to contact HGST(Western Digital) regarding the issue at least you(HP) can call from urside at the no. provided. 8279454261 .PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY

Posting into the community forum will not help you to get that fixed. You need a call Hp directly in order to get that solved.
