Replacing Hard drive in HP ENVY x360 - 15t-aq200 CTO

Hi,

I have an ENVY x360 - 15t-aq200 CTO that came with a 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA ; 128 GB SSD.

I purchased a new 2 TB hard drive to upgrade my 1 TB. (New one is Seagate FireCuda Gaming (Compute) 2TB Solid State Hybrid Drive Performance SSHD – 2.5 Inch SATA 6GB/s Flash Accelerated for Gaming PC Laptop (ST2000LX001))

I was planning to clone my old drive onto my new 2 TB before swapping them out.  My questions:

1. Is the 128 GB SSD its own drive separate from the 1 TB SATA? (or is it one hybrid drive?)
2. Which of the original drives do I need to clone onto my new Seagate FireCuda hybrid drive? 
   I currently have in the original drive(s):
   • Windows (C:)
   • DATA (D:)
   • RECOVERY (E:)
3. Is there anything else I need to know before swapping out the drives?  (For example, do you recommend using Clonezilla or something else to do the cloning/copying?)

Your machine has 2 physical drives, 128GB is on one drive (M.2 format) and 1TB is on other drive (2.5" format). You ONLY replace 1TB therefore please do not touch to 128GB.

Normally you have Disk 0 (128GB) and Disk 1 (1TB). You can use Disk Management to find out and only clone Disk 1.

The cloning process may take time. This is a straight swap.
