Replacing Wifi Module to dual band 2.4-5ghz

Product Name: Hp Dv6-6060ep
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, im looking for a solution to replace my actual stock wifi  adapter (Adapt.Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi) with a dual band 2.4-5ghz one. Couldnt find any in manual compatible, can someone help me to find a solution to upgrade my laptop wifi module?

 

Laptop model: hp dv6 6060ep - LR139EA#AB9

Hi,

 

Your machine was built long time before mid-2014 therefore the chance to upgrade wifi card to newer card is very slim to none. Your machine supports

OK since there is no ac wifi internal module for my hp, i follow your last suggestion and i bought this USB WiFi dual band module with removal Antenna.

Its a bit akward to have this WiFi usb module always installed externally but i guess ill have to learn to livre with it Smiley Tongue
