Hello,

I own an HP Laptop 14s-fq1092AU. The warranty for my device expired about 5 months ago (on February 15, 2024).

I would like to know if there is any way to extend or purchase a 1-year warranty or Care Pack at this point. The device is in good working condition, and I would prefer continued hardware support.

Could you please let me know:

  • If I’m still eligible for warranty extension?

  • What are the available options (e.g., post-warranty Care Packs, SmartFriend, or protection plans)?

  • Where and how I can purchase the extension?

Of course! You can definitely still buy an HP Care Pack or extended support plan — and I’ll help you with that.
