I have this drive, I can't successfully enter the S/N - states it is incorrect.   The drive went bad a few months ago and is not detectable in multiple laptops in BIOS.

 

I called into HP support today, and they transfered me around a few times and asked me to call contact number - 844-517-8295 but no one answers this extension I was given for SSD support.

I have tried this number for a few days, it is never answered - just rings.  How can I get warranty if no one answers the phone?
