Product: HP Stream
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My stream crashed, HP sent me recovery drive,  had to try install 2x,  upgraded to the new windows.  Now my SD card reader does not work.  When I put it in the slot, it just sits there.  If I go to device manager it says it's not connected.  It worked fine before the crash and the card works in my old laptop.  I've updated all the drivers.  Don't know what else to try.

 

now it's totally gone.  very frustrated

What is your HP Stream  ? Please download and install

 

      https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp76001-76500/sp76416.exe

 

If still no luck. Please post back what is your machine.

Hi,  I'm not sure what you mean by "what is my machine".   It's an HP Stream laptop.  What is this download for?
