Hi Attached are screenshot of result views after test to get the system working.

I resently bought the HP Envy 15m-bp0xx x360 Convertible core i7, born on 14th of October 2017 with BOIS Date 25th May 2017.  I have used this PC for only 3months.

I sometimes hibernate the system, a week ago I opened the system and it was slow to respond to clicks so I had to restart the system, upon  restart the system never goes beyobnd the bios and automatic repair interface. This started on 23rd December 2017. I have made several attempts to get it up but all effort proved abortive, even the command chkdsk c:/f and r.

Please do you have any solution for me. I ought to work on my thesis but this system holds me from doing anything productive.

Hard drive needs replaced and you are under warranty. Start a warranty claim and HP will replace it free. Do you have a backup of your files? If you send it to HP they will make no effort to preserve the hard drive or your files.
