HP Pavilion 14-BF175TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My model consists of 1TB HDD, I would like to add a 250 GB Western Digital SSD , to make it a hybrid or dual i.e. 1TB HDD + 250GB SSD, is it possible? And if yes, will it void my warranty.

Also, Segate provides a SSHD, if I upgrade to it, will it void my warranty, will service centre charge me for upgrading it?

Your ultrabook Pavilion 14-BF175TX supports M.2 SATA-3 (TLC) SSD. I suggest opening the notebook to verify that the M.2 slot is present before ordering one.  See the following parts locator. (your notebook is internally identical to the Pavilion 14-bf000 series notebook. http://h20574.www2.hp.com/Media/E24427DB-77B3-4359-98F2-F5ABF55F543A/can_pl/index.html#

Remove /Replace videos. (you will need a P1 precision jewelers screwdriver)

It does not support Hybrid (SSHD) drives.

It does not support M.2 NVMe SSD products.

You can upgrade your notebook with the following caveats.

You must not damage your notebook during the upgrade.

You should keep the original confguration hard disk available should you need to return it to that condition if warranty service is required at some point.

If you send a notebook in for warranty service with other than parts it was delivered with, the parts will be removed and not returned to you.
