I want to know my case status.How far has my laptop's SSD replacement case reached? Where is the SSD coming from?how much time it will take , because I have submitted my laptop to hp care on 3/02/25 and its 10/02/25 , it is still under process . I also want to know the warranty status . Because I have purchased a warranty extension pack of 16900/- on 3/02/25 . But the warranty is showing till 16 September 2026 . It's like 1 year 7 month 13 days . Where is my 5 months extra extended warranty . Really very disappointed by hp care and hp policy. Want to know the reason behind both the cases .
