Hi .I own hp pavillion ck0xx laptop(i5 8250u ,8gb ram 2tb hdd).

 I need to know whether it has nvme slot .

If yes can it support samsung 970 evo plus nvme SSD?

According to the maintenance and service guide http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06248419.pdf  this laptop can take a PCIe M.2 drive and the 512mb that shipped with some models was an Nvme so it should fit. Samsung should be able to confirm that for you. You can also check Crucial memory as they provide a complete list of their products that fit most laptops.
