The specs of your machine is

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06068812

It sits on the same series of my HP Omen machine which has

  • 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA
  • 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD

You can upgrade to 1TB or 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD but no faster. The following products are the good choices

           https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/970-evo-nvme-m2-ssd/MZ-V7E2T0BW/

Fore RAM

My machine uses Samsung RAM, yours can use the same
