Scanning & repairing drive

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever time I reboot up the system after upgrading to window 10 1702, I keep getting this message.

Scanning & repairing drive (\\?\Volume{1e5d9e22-bfa9-4977-bcf7-79579bf057af}): 100% complete

The system boots up with no trouble right to the desk top, every thing is working ok, just the message is all, before I updated got no messeage or errors when the system booted up.

Like to know if any one esle have gotten the messeage, plus would like to know how to turn it off or fix it

Thanks U

Re: Scanning & repairing drive

It means a dirty bit has been set on the drive and it is not a Monty Python routine but a real thing.

Here is an article on how to remove it:
