Hi there,

I love my HP Envy, but I dropped it and the whole top half (everything except the keyboard) needs to be replaced. Honestly, I have no idea what to do, but I would love help.  Let me know if anyone can help meee!!HPEnvy1234.jpgHPEnvy12.jpgHPENvy.jpg

@oliviajayne13 Before we start, I love the tattoo you've got!

That out of the way, the damage is mostly on the display and part of the bezel, luckily the hinges are fine, so we just need to work on getting the other parts replaced, ofcourse if you are okay with the scratches on the bezel, we can ignore that, or put a sticker on it 😛

If the device is covered by an accidental damage protection the repair/replacement charges will be waived, or in other words, free of charge, if you don't have a warranty as such, you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

For specific part numbers and steps on replacing the parts on your own (DIY), I'll need more details:
