I have x360 13 u104tu laptop. Now a few days back I opened it and heard a popping sound, the bottom right bezel that has the screen just popped out. I never dropped it. Upon searching online it seems many users of x360 has/had same issues. Seems manufacturing defect. What to do??

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
