Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi i have big problem after your last updates. I install all reccommeneded updates from your hp web and after that i have lots problem with my laptop. First of all all usb 2x2 2x3.0 disapear andsystem cant recognize. After reinstall drivers problem was same.. Next week ago laptop working ok (still without usb) after reset 2of usb was back online but i lost sound.. I chcecked potential hardware and software problem and doesnt show any problem but any sounds (system or music) is unavailable.. 2 days ago after restart my laptop lcd screen stop working.. Only sometimes if i connect ext monitor by hdmi slot works, cannot enter to bios keyboard just flash onceand dont respond.. After that i install new graphic drivers from hp website and now after press power on nothing hapoend.. No both screen working, cant enter to bios, keyb not respond.. All this happend after upgrade from your hp website reccommended bios upgrade. I reinstall system twice and no changes. Laptop works perfectly untill install automatic reccommended hp upgrade... So how i can fix my laptop now?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
