I have an old HP laptop (Pavillion M6-1035DX), which had its screen replaced by HP twice about 5 years ago. The screen recently broke again, so I decided to replace it myself. When I pulled the screen bezel off I discovered that only 3 of the 4 screws which attached the screen to the lid were installed (1 was missing from when HP replaced the screen). I have tried to call HP support but their system continues to say "due to certain circumstances we cannot provide support at this time" (it's not because the laptop is out of warranty - this is the menu where I would, in theory, pay for support). I'm trying to get a hold of someone to have a screw mailed to me so that I can have 4 for when I put the bezel back on so that the new screen is properly attached. If someone from HP support can help me, that would be greatly appreciated.
