Screws falling out

Hi all

Laptop is only 9 months old and the base screws are falling out.. lost 3 now, not great for a newish laptop..  now ideally I will just get new screws and fit myself rather than send back for (repair).. cannot afford to lose the laptop for a week or so.. 

Question how can I find out the correct screws and where to get them from...

PS Could not find the BOARD to put this under..
