Sent my laptop off for repairs. Took them 12 days to get it back to me and within a few hours of receiving it I find out they didnt event fix it. Same issues as before.
This is my work from home laptop so I've already missed a lot of days of getting paid. Guarantee when I call them first thing in the morning all they will offer is to collect and make me wait for repairs again.
