Product: HP EliteBook 850 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My shift-keys stops working sometimes. I think it is related to drivers because they work after a reboot. I've had some luck with updating the hp driver for the keyboard but it seems that it is undone after OS updates etc. Can anybody help me? It´s a swedish key-layout if it matters.

There is a very recent version of HotKey, try reinstalling

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp154001-154500/sp154474.exe
