I shipped my old monitor back in the original box to get my new monitor sent to me... I have waited 2 extra weeks. They got my package but for some odd reason that shipping facts state my package was 5 pounds and I know my monitor weighs more. I also have been hung up on by 3 hp workers. Also I have emails and such and proof they told me I’d get my new monitor and I keep getting lied to as well.

Did you follow all instructions to send to the right address with CASE number ? Otherwise it can go to a jungle.
