I bought this laptop with a customized 256gb of ssd instead of 128gb. On August 1st.i got regular 3-8 days shipping. Then I saw the estimated shipping which was August 28 which was way too late for myself who needed a laptop for school. Just asking anyone who could help me. Is it going to be this late.

(1) The answer is maybe yes. 

 

Your fastest, most direct option is to deal directly with Customer Service. 

 

Our methods are indirect, that is, there are more steps between us and the Store / Customer Support.

 

Try the direct approach first (chat / email / phone).

 

I will submit a request for someone to take a look .

 

(2) Delays in shipping are common - there are still places in the world where supplies, special orders, and actual shipping to the destination are not working as hoped.  I would guess, that Yes - having received notice that the shipment is delayed means that at the time the notice was sent to you, the order is expected to be shipped around that time.
