I am from India . I recently purchased a HP omen17 few weeks back. Today I wanted to charge my laptop so i pulged the charger in to the socket and when I was about to plug the charger pin to my laptop I got a shock from the charger pin and i was bare foot, switched off the power switch . But after a 5 hours I plugged the adapter into the socket just to check whether its working but this time I did not get a shock. Now my question is can I use the charger or should I purchase a new one. What was the cause for that shock ?Please reply soon
