Hard drive

(1) Your drive has to be replaced !

(2) Buy this better drive:

(4) Report back so we can begin reinstalling the windows operating system.

HP warranty valid -> Contact HP Support for Service

HP warranty expired:

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked

- Drive must be replaced / reinstall operating system

- General cleaning ...

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

(5) How to reinstall operating system ?

You need another computer to prepare <USB flash drive> to install windows
