I bought a Hp Laptop in Dec. 2 2019 Two weeks after had to pay to have the laptop checked out . Found out the hard drive was bad. Sent to HP to have it repaired . After two months got back . Was not reinburst for having to pay to have checked out, Six months later the hard drive is bad again, Should Hp have to exstend the warranty. I was told that it is not under warranty. What should i do to get help. I think that Hp should just replace it with new , must be faulty.

They act as if same problem it still needs warranty and i been trying to get help for couple months. Want me to pay out of pocket for problem laptop came with and already sent it to them ..and it took a few months. Meanwhile i buy anither computer to do my company's work
