I understand you are facing a performance issue with your HP Laptop PC 15s-Du3000. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist you better:

  • Have you tried using an alternate browser?

While you respond to that, please go ahead and Run a Performance Tune-up from HP Support Assistant.

 

Check for pending updates on HP Support Assistant:

  • On the taskbar, click the HP Support Assistant icon.
  • If there is no icon in the taskbar, search for and open HP Support Assistant in Windows.
  • On the My devices tab, click Check for updates and messages.
  • Check for updates and messages in HP Support Assistant
  • HP Support Assistant performs a series of tasks to analyze your computer.
  • Checking the computer
  • When the update is complete, install updates, and perform the recommended actions.
  • Update BIOS
  • For more information about HP Support Assistant, see Using HP Support Assistant.

Check if your Windows OS is up to date: Select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.

 

If the issue persists, then please go ahead and follow the steps mentioned in this document.
