Product: spectere

Spectre from 2016 charges through usb C port.  If I wiggle it just right the charges normally and the LED goes on..  Other times the charging does not work at all.  The hardware AC adapter test works fine when it work but not all at other times.  The battery test is fine.  The other usb  c ports also malfunction when he comes to charging but do work when I am using my voice recognition system.

Is this a problem in the usb C of the AC adapter or is the problem on the connection in the computer.?
