Hi,
My wife's HP spectre x360 suddenly stopped working, not powering on charging led is on. We brougt it back to the seller who says motherboard looks to be burned.
The laptop is not anymore on warranty but it seems the symtpom already happened for several owners on this product. I created a case# and call HP but the representant said in a second there is no at all knowed issue on X360 series, and wouldn't ear any of the other exemples I've found. As many people seems to experiment the similar hardware issue, can someone from HP contact me to find a way to help ?
Thanks,
Nicolas.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
