I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

  • What is the product number of your computer?
  • Are you getting any error or overheating the message on the computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Hello The_Fossette - thank you for your response.

 

There is a case # 5052734449 opened - you can see the model and serial number. My HP assistance does not show any new drivers/bios to be installed. and I followed all the procedures as per the case above.

 

There are no errors, but the laptop hard to keep on the laps or in hands - it is very hot.

 

So, what's now?
