I bought my laptop for college and beyond a couple years ago as it was advertised for its sturdiness and longevity. I haven’t even made it through college yet and the motherboard is already overheated and fried?? I use the laptop for simple things like note taking, no reason the motherboard should have overheated. I was looking through the forums and it seems like a lot of customers have had this issue, yet the laptops are still being made with the overheating issue not taken into account and resolved. If I wanted a laptop for only a couple years, I wouldn’t have paid this much money for it. I’ve been trying to reach customer support so I can speak to someone about my option. I can’t seem to find an email or contact anyone without purchasing a new support warranty? Please let me know what you did to reach out to tech or customer support, or if anyone can point me towards the right direction. Thank you!
