This just now happened to my laptop, a Spectre x360 df-0070nr.  Suddenly noticed smoke po

uring out the vents.  I shut it off immediately but now am afraid to turn it back on.  This is was a nearly $3000 laptop I got from HP just a little over a year ago! I now am looking here in this forum and in other places online I see that this is a very common problem.  This is really dangerous!  I have always loved and bought HP products but this is my second laptop in a row now to have issues.   Never had problems before and this is probably my 10th HP laptop I've had so far.  Is there a recall or anything at all with these faulty machines since so many people are having this same problem?
