Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So, I spilled coffee (some milk no sugar) on my laptop. I turned it off and placed it upside down for an hour. At some point after that someone turned it back right side up.

Anyways it has been 2 days and the laptop turns on and functions fine with the exception of the keyboard.

Shift key does not work and several function and number keys don't or are funky. Example: if I press one it turns to 127.  If i press 7 it turns to 1287. If i press 8 nothing happens.

What is wrong with it?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

A liquid, especially one containing sugar can be quite lethal to a notebook or desktop PC.

Note: I highly recommend that you do not use the notebook until it is repaired.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
