Hi!!!, i want to upgrade my laptop omen 16 with a 2tb ssd thought the 4gen pcie port i have free (the other one has a 512 gb plus 32 gb intel optane, i wanna know if it is possible to put a 2tb, i have read in sites that claims that a notebook can hold 1tb ssd per slot maximum, i dont know if that's true.

 

The ssd im trying to install its the western digital black ssd sm750 m.2 2tb.

The maximum is very high but due to physical size you can have 2TB (some vendors have 4TB now)
