Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I see someone had the same issue, but I don't see any solution yet.

Here's the link to the old thread, which has actually been closed by HP:

Could anybody give me real help on this?

I opened this laptop a dozen times, and there's nothing that makes me figure out how to solve it.

Thanks in advance.

Danilo

It's not anymore covered by warranty from HP, I have to check if the seller might provide it.

And yes, bios is up to date.

I just can't figure out where it exactly comes from, and why this random...

@danello

Even if the warranty expired you can still get it serviced by HP if you wish but there will be charges
