Product: Envy M2Z39EA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Status of my laptop says "Needs troubleshooting" and "driver is unavailable".  I've tried everything I know but nothing seems to fix this.  About 8 weeks ago Microsoft reinstalled Windows 10 to the latest version as the laptop would not upgrade.

Let's start by find out what Win10 version your laptop is actually running.

 

To do this, enter "winver" (without the quotes) in the search area and report back what the window shows.
