Hi everyone, I am looking for a way to upgrade my 256GB SSD; before opening the laptop though I wanted to know if there is space for dual storage or in alternative what kind of format do I need to search for.
Thank you

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP ENVY x360 Convertible PC
Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.
There is only one M.2 slot for a NVMe drive, so you would have to remove the existing one and replace it with one having a greater storage capacity.
I recommend you look into the new Samsung 980 (not 980 Pro).
It is usually less expensive than the Samsung 970.

You're very welcome.
I have never had to remove the rubber foot strips from a notebook before, so unfortunately I don't have any suggestions.
Perhaps if you are very careful, they will go back without a problem.
