Strange noise coming from laptop

HP ProBook 450 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is HP ProBook 450 G6 with dual boot of Windows 10 Pro and Ubuntu 19.10 KDE.

This question can be divident into three sections with symthoms  so:

In recent time (6 days for Windows and few hours for Ubuntu) some strange noise(like Kr_Kc_Kr etc.) is coming from top part of laptop ( between screen and keyboard). Rhythm of it is constant (2:1 for noise over silence),  and as far I observe it, it is not connected to laptop heat or battery level.

When laptop is shuted down some strange noise is coming from bottom of laptop (vent and some ports like USB 2.0, both 3.1 and C, but not from HDMI and DC), it is diferent that noise from 1), and it is constant withoute silent parts(it is like sssssssss).

Laptop BIOS is currenty at highest level avaiable , but on BIOS update section of BIOS setup is a warning that BIOS should be rollback to previous version, ant it is marked as important, but when I try to allow that rollback, it starts and after configuring network stops. Also it display messagw that rollback is no longer aviable. NOTE: for BIOS update I am using connection to HP site in BIOS setup.

I am sure that this is not normal. So what should I do?  Can I solve this by myself, take it to repair or ask for warranty replacement? Also is this sign of some major error with laptop? Thank you in advance.
